About Me
My name is Michael Helmke, I have been woodturning since '96 while apprenticing under my late Uncle Harvey Helmke who started making lace bobbins in the early 90s. He then expanded to include needleworking tools, laying tools, aficots, and more. I am extremely lucky to be able to carry on his very unique craft.
